摘 要: | 本试验旨在研究饲粮能量水平对育成期崂山奶山羊生长性能和血清生化指标的影响。选择体重[(18.43±0.76)kg]相近的崂山奶山羊育成母羊30只,采用单因素设计,随机分成3组,每组10个重复,每重复1只羊,分别饲喂粗蛋白质、钙及磷水平基本一致,消化能(DE)水平依次为10.40、11.47和12.51 MJ/kg的3种饲粮。试验期100 d,其中预试期10 d,正试期90d。结果表明:1)10.40 M J/kg组在7、8月龄的干物质采食量显著低于12.51 M J/kg组(P0.05),3组在9月龄无显著差异(P0.05)。2)10.40 M J/kg组体重在8、9月龄显著低于11.47和12.51 MJ/kg组(P0.05);10.40、11.47和12.51 MJ/kg组分别较试验前增长了141.22%、157.40%、158.09%。8月龄10.40 M J/kg组胸围和腹围显著低于12.51 M J/kg组(P0.05),9月龄10.40 M J/kg组胸围和尻长也显著低于12.51 M J/kg组(P0.05)。3)10.40 M J/kg组血清尿素氮含量显著高于11.47和12.51 MJ/kg组(P0.05)。10.40 MJ/kg组血清总胆固醇含量显著低于12.51 MJ/kg组(P0.05)。10.40 MJ/kg组血清甘油三酯含量显著低于11.47M J/kg组(P0.05),极显著低于12.51 M J/kg组(P0.01)。由以上结果并考虑饲养成本可知,奶山羊最佳饲粮消化能水平为11.47 MJ/kg。

Effects of Dietary Energy Level on Growth Performance and Serum Biochemical Indices of Growing Laoshan Dairy Goats |

Abstract: | This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary energy level on growth perform-ance and serum biochemical indices of Laoshan dairy goats.Thirty Laoshan dairy goats with an average body weight of (18.43±0.76) kg were used in a single-factor randomized design and equally divided into 3 groups with 10 replicates in each group and 1 goat per replicate.Goats were fed diets with consistent crude protein, calcium and phosphorus levels, but with different energy levels (10.40, 11.47 and 12.51 MJ/kg, respective-ly) .The experiment lasted for 100 days consisted of a 10-day pre-experimental period and a 90-day experiment period.The results showed as follows:1) dry matter intake of goats at 7 and 8 months of age in 10.40 MJ/kg group was significantly lower than that in 12.51 MJ/kg group ( P<0.05) , and there was no significant differ-ence at 9 months of age among groups ( P>0.05 ) .2 ) Body weight of goats at 8 and 9 months of age in 10.40 MJ/kg group was significantly lower than that in 11.47 and 12.51 MJ/kg groups (P<0.05), and in 10.40, 11.47 and 12.51 MJ/kg groups compared with that before the test was increased by 141.22%, 157.40%and 158.09%.Chest circumference and abdominal circumference of goats at 8 months of age in 10.40 MJ/kg group were significantly lower than those in 12.51 MJ/kg group ( P<0.05) , and chest circum-ference and rump length of goats at 9 months of age in 10.40 MJ/kg group were significantly lower than those in 12.51 MJ/kg group (P<0.05).3) Serum urea nitrogen content in 10.40 MJ/kg group was significantly higher than that in 11.47 and 12.51 MJ/kg groups ( P<0.05) .Serum total cholesterol content in 10.40 MJ/kg group was significantly lower than that in 12.51 MJ/kg group ( P<0.05 ) .Serum triglyceride content in 10.40 MJ/kg group was significantly lower than that in 11.47 ( P<0.05) and 12.51 MJ/kg groups ( P<0.01) . Overall, considering feed cost, dietary digestible energy level at 11.47 MJ/kg is the best for Laoshan dairy goats. |
