| 摘 要： | 广东茶叶质量安全技术体系和管理体系的建立,是提升广东茶叶质量安全的战略途径和支持体系。通过实施茶产业振兴工程、龙头企业培育引进工程、茶叶标准工程、茶叶品牌工程、茶叶绿色工程等＂五大工程＂,构建茶叶质量安全提升战略。充分发挥政府和民间组织作用,加强法规建设、加强资金投入、加强茶业民间组织的作用,推广应用现代生产模式;加强茶业信息化建设、加强茶文化建设,构建茶叶质量安全支持体系。
