超临界CO2流体萃取南瓜籽油的工艺研究

摘    要:以CO2作为溶剂,采用超临界萃取方法,从南瓜籽中提取南瓜籽油,着重探讨了原料和萃取条件对萃取率和油的品质的影响,并确定了较适宜的工艺:投料量200 g,含水率4.50%,萃取压力30 MPa,CO2流量15 L/h.

Abstract:The pumpkin seed oil was extracted from the pumpkin seed with the supercritical extract method.CO2 was used as the solvent and the influence of material and operation condition on the extraction yield and the quality of oil was mainly studied.The suitable extracting condition was determined: material quantity of 200 g,moisture content of 4.50%,extracting pressure of 30 MPa and CO2 flow rate of 15 L/h.
