| 摘 要： | 用NBT光还原反应 ,在体外对绞股蓝提取物清除超氧阴离子自由基 (O 2 )的能力进行评价 ,结果显示具有不同口味特征的绞股蓝干草清除O 2 的能力不同 ,以淡味的绞股蓝清除能力最强 ,其叶提取物的清除能力达 74.0 8%。但清除O 2 的能力易受到加热 ,尤其是活性碳和硅藻土处理等因素影响而降低

| Abstract: | The scavenging effects of Gynostemma extracts on super-oxide radical(O2),which was generated from light reaction of NBT, were assayed in vitro. It was shown that extracts from three kinds of Gynostemma had significant capacity of scavenging O2, but there were different activities among the three kinds of Gynostemma;and that the light taste kind (a variety) had the most activity, the scavenging activity of its extract and its leaf extract on O2 were 51.49% and 74.08% respectively.The radical-scavenging activity of extracts could be decreased by heating, especially treating with activated carbon and diatomite. |
