| 摘 要： | 建立科学、合理的土地整理潜力评价指标体系对土地整理的实践具有重要意义。该文以北京市大兴区为例，在阐述可持续发展的土地整理内涵的基础上，从土地的生产性、稳定性、经济的可行性、资源的保护性和社会的可接受性5个方面提出了基于可持续发展的城乡结合部土地整理潜力评价指标体系，并提出运用模糊综合评价法进行土地整理潜力评价的方法，以期为土地整理可持续发展提供有益的借鉴。 |

| Abstract: | The scientific and reasonable indicator system of land-consolidation-potentiality evaluation has a great deal of important practical and developmental significances. As a case of Daxing District in Beijing City, this paper interprets the land-consolidation connotation, analyzes the characteristics of land-consolidation-potentiality with sustainable development. From five inspects, including land productivity, land quantity and quality, economic feasibility, resource protectiveness and social acceptability, the indicator system of land consolidation potentiality evaluation and fuzzy evaluation model were put forward. The research result provides valuable reference for the sustainable development of land consolidation in the future. |
