大型水轮发电机组轴系振动稳定性

摘    要:随着水电事业的发展,在我国的大型电站中,所用水轮发电机组的容量、尺寸及比转速在不断提高,所采用的材料强度也在不断提高,从而导致水轮发电机组刚度相对降低,因此弄清水轮发电机组的动态特性是必不可少的。利用转子轴承系统动力学,可建立水轮发电机组轮机主轴的数学模型,用以描述水轮发电机组轴系的弯曲振动和对水轮发电机组进行较系统的动力分析。以某电站水轮发电机组为例,建立了水轮发电机组主轴系统稳定性分析的计算模型,利用Riccati传递矩阵法计算了机组的临界转速,并对影响机组轴系临界转速的各个因素进行了计算分析,为以后对大型水轮发电机组的轴系动力特性分析提供参考和技术支持。随着计算机技术的不断发展,以及转子动力学理论的进一步完善,针对大型机械转子系统的动力学仿真将对机组的安全稳定运行发挥越来越大的作用。

Abstract:With the development of hydra electric power enterprise,the capacity,dimension and special speed of large hydraulic generator unit improve constantly,so as the strength of material,but the decline.So it's very necessary to know well the character of dynamic.The unit rotor system's wind vibration and the systematic dynamic analyzing can be described by mathematics mode.A nonlinear dynamics model of the rotor-bearing system was established.Calculating of the critical speed of the unit rotor system,by using the Riccati transfer matrix method,the author calculated and analyzed the rotor-bearing system nonlinear dynamics of the large hydraulic generating unit,and the calculating result and discussion are given,which supports the research on the characteristic analysis rotor-bearing system dynamics of large hydroelectric machines.The computer technology develop constantly,and the theory of dynamic will be perfect,the dynamic emulation of large rotor system is more and more important to the generator unit's safety work.
