摘    要:研究了不同轮套作栽培方式对黄瓜产量及品质影响.结果表明:小麦及大豆轮作处理的产量极显著高于其它处理(P<0.01),其它处理显著高于对照(P<0.05).轮套作处理的可溶性固形物及维生素C含量均高于对照;硝酸盐含量以小麦、大豆、显著低于对照(P<0.05),其它处理与对照差异不显著;亚硝酸盐含量除毛苕子外其它处理显著低于对照,表明轮套作对黄瓜营养品质的改善有一定作用.设施栽培条件下,合理的轮套作有利于作物增产和品质的提高.对于黄瓜栽培中,小麦及大豆轮作处理最有利于提高黄瓜产量及品质.
