| 摘 要： | 为保障食品安全,建立可追溯系统是有效的解决途径之一。为此,结合RFID的特性,运用现代信息技术构建基于RFID的食品供应链追溯管理系统,达到对产品进行有效的标识,实现食品从源头到餐桌的全程监管,保障食品安全,增强消费者安全感。

| Abstract: | Establishing traceability system is one of the effective approaches to food safety.This article combined with the characteristic of RFID,established food supply chain backward management system based on the RFID by using the modern information technology.Its aimed to carry on effective marking to the product,realize food entire journey supervision from the source to dinner table,guarantee food security,strengthen the consumer security sense. |
