瑞香狼毒及牛心朴子水浸液化感作用的研究

[目的]研究瑞香狼毒及牛心朴子水浸液对植物种子萌发和种子活力的化感作用。[方法]瑞香狼毒及牛心朴子水浸液设4种浓度（0.100 0、0.050 0、0.025 0和0.012 5 g/ml）,分别对8种作物种子进行处理,处理后测定种子的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数及活力指数。[结果]瑞香狼毒和牛心朴子水浸液对8种供试种子的萌发及其活力均有一定抑制作用,且随着水浸液浓度的增加,抑制作用增强。当水浸液浓度为0.100 0 g/ml时,该抑制作用表现最为明显,莴苣种子的发芽势及发芽率在狼毒水浸液处理下均为0,莴苣、大白菜和油菜种子的发芽势及发芽率在牛心朴子水浸液下也均为0;当水浸液浓度为0.012 5 g/ml时,牛心朴子水浸液处理下萝卜种子活力指数高于对照,表明对萝卜种子活力具有促进作用。[结论]该研究为瑞香狼毒和牛心朴子的综合治理提供参考依据。

Study on Allelopathic Effects of Aqueous Extracts from Stellera chamaejasme L.and Cynanchum komarovii

[Objective] The study aimed to research the allelopathy of aqueous extracts from Stellera chamaejasme L.and Cynanchum komarovii on the seed germination and seed vigor of plants.[Method] The seeds of 8 kinds of plants were treated with the aqueous extracts from S.chamaejasme and C.komarovii at 4 kinds of concn.of 0.100 0,0.050 0,0.025 0 and 0.012 5 g/ml and their germination energy,germination rate germination index and seed vigor index were determined after treatments.[Result] The aqueous extracts from S.chamaejasme and C.komarovii had some retarding effect on the seed germination and seed vigor of the 8 plants and the inhibition was strengthened with the increase of aqueous extract concn.When the aqueous extract was at 0.100 0 g/ml,the germination energy and germination rate of Lactuca sativa L.seed was zero under the treatment with the aqueous extracts from S.chamaejasme and that of L.sativa,Brassica pekinesis and Brassica campestris var.aleifera seeds were also zero under the treatments with the aqueous extracts from C.komarovii.When the aqueous extract was at 0.012 5 g/ml,the seed vigor index of Daucus carota under the treatment with the aqueous extracts from C.komarovii was higher than that of CK,showing a promote effect on the seed vigor of D.carota.[Conclusion] The study provided the reference basis for the comprehensive control of S.chamaejasme and C.komarovii.
