| 摘 要： | 断奶仔猪多系统衰竭综合症(PMWS)是由2型圆环病毒(PCV2)引起猪的一种疾病。PMWS的主要病理特征是淋巴细胞衰竭。目前认为PMWS的发病机理与免疫系统有关。在此,就目前关于PCV2-PMWS-免疫系统三者之间关系的研究进展和未来主要的研究方向作一综述。

| Abstract: | Porcine circovirus type 2 (PCV2) is the causative agent of an emerging swine disease, postweaning multisystemic wasting syndrome(PMWS).The most consistent feature of PMWS is a generalized depletion of lymphocytes.Studies showed that pathogensis of PMWS associated with the immune system. This review summarise what is known regarding the triad PCV2-PMWS-immune system and that identify key unresolved areas that should be the focus of future research.. |
