复合酶制剂在蛋鸡小麦型日粮中的应用

摘    要:试验选用来源于同一鸡场、体重相当的健康尼可红蛋鸡450只,采用单因子随机区组设计,共分5个处理,每个处理3个重复,每个重复30只鸡。处理1为小麦型日粮,处理2、3、4、5为在小麦型基础日粮中分别添加0.05%、0.10%、0.15%、0.20%的小麦专用复合酶制剂(838B)。以确定此复合酶制剂在蛋鸡小麦型日粮中的作用效果和适宜添加量。结果表明:在蛋鸡小麦型日粮中添加酶制剂能显著提高蛋鸡的生产性能。与饲粮1相比,加酶各组的产蛋率分别提高了2.74%、3.59%、1.32%、1.05%,并且均差异显著(p<0.05);破蛋率降低了,但差异不显著(p>0.05);料蛋比降低了,且与饲粮1相比差异显著(p<0.05);饲粮2、饲粮3、饲粮4的产蛋成本分别降低了0.07元/kg,0.10元/kg,0.03元/kg,而饲粮5上升了0.01元/kg;能量利用率分别提高了4.65%、5.945、0.88%、0.55%。但均差异不显著(p>0.05);蛋白质表观消化率分别提高了3.10%、7.19%、1.03%、0.44%,其中饲粮3与饲粮1相比差异显著(p<0.05)。综合各项指标,在此实验条件下,以添加0.1%小麦专用复合酶制剂的饲粮3的饲喂效果和经济效益较好。

Effect of Addition of Enzyme Mixtures on Performance of Layers Fed Wheat-Based Diets

Abstract:The experiment was conducted to evaluate the efficacy of enzyme mixtures added to wheat-based diet on egg performance characteristics of laying hens. 450 laying hens were divided 5 experimental treatments, randomly, with 3 replicates, and each of 30 layers. Treatment 1 fed with wheat-based diet without enzyme mixtures, and the rest treatments added enzyme mixtures respectively in the wheat-based diet, with the mount of 0.05%, 0.1%, 0.15%, 0.20%. The results showed that the egg performance of all the wheat-based diet with enzyme mixtures was much higher. Compared with treatment 1: laying rate increased by 2.74%, 3.59%, 1.32%, 1.05%,respectively,(p < 0.05);broken egg rate decreased without significant difference(p > 0.05); feed to egg ratio significantly decreased (p < 0.05); the cost decreased by 0.07 RMB/kg, 0.10 RMB /kg, 0.03 RMB /kg, 0.11 RMB /kg, respectively; energy utilization ratio improved by 4.65%, 5.94%, 0.88%, 0.55%,respectively, but no significant difference were found between treatment 1 and the rest treatment (p > 0.05);protein apparent digestibility improved by 3.10%, 7.19%, 1.03%, 0.44% , respectively, and treatment 3 was significant higher than treatment 1 (p < 0.05).In summary, all the indexes above proved that laying hens in treatment 3 with 0.1% enzyme mixtures gained best performance, under present experiment.
