| 摘 要： | 为了探索杏鲍菇日光温室高效栽培技术,引进4个菌株进行筛选试验。结果表明在冬季栽培条件下,BT-X4和BT-X3菌株表现出菌丝生长、原基分化和子实体生长较快,原基分化率和产量较高。

| Abstract: | In order to explore efficient greenhouse cultivation techniques of Pleurotus eryngii,we introduced four strains to proceed screening experiment.The results showed that under the winter cultivation conditions,BT-X4 and BT-X3 strains were better than others.They had faster mycelial growth,primordium polarization and fruiting body growth,and higher per-centile of primordium polarization and yield. |
