摘    要:【目的】鉴定和筛选适合泉州种植的甘薯新品种,为优良甘薯新品种在闽南地区的生产及育种应用提供科学依据。【方法】以广薯87为对照,2010-2011年在泉州市惠安县洛阳镇进行甘薯新品种区域试验,对9个参试甘薯新品种进行产量测定和品质鉴定。【结果】9个参试品种中,鲜薯产量以泉薯10号最高,为37924.98kg/ha,比对照增产41.86%,福薯21和金薯2号次之;薯干产量以泉薯10号最高。为9955.69kg/ha,比对照增产22.16%,桂粉3号次之;薯块品质以莆薯16最好,烘干率高(36.6%),熟食味好(82分),广薯205次之。【结论】泉薯10号、福薯21和金薯2号等3个品种适宜作为高产鲜薯食用型品种在生产和育种上加以利用;桂粉3号和莆薯16等两个品种适宜作为优质高干品种在生产和育种上加以利用;湛薯118、广薯205、龙薯14和湛薯20等4个品种均适宜作为优质高干亲本在育种上加以利用。

Preliminary report on regional trial of Southern new sweet potato varieties in Quanzhou in 2010-2011

Abstract:[Objective]The present experiment was conducted to indentify and select new sweet potato varieties suitable for planting in Quanzhou, which aimed to provide references for the production and breeding applications of fine sweet potato varieties in southern region. [Method]With Guangshu 87 as the control, the regional trials of 9 new sweet potato varieties were carried out in Luoyang town, Hui'an county in 2010-2011. [Result]Among the nine tested varieties, the fresh root yield of Quanshu 10 was the highest (37924.98 kg/ha) followed by Fushu 21 and Jinshu 2. which was41.86% higher than that of the control; The dry root yield of Quanshu 10 was the highest (9955.69 kg/ha) followed by Guifen 3. which was 22.16% higher than that of the control.The quality of Pushu 16 was the best with the highest dry matter content (36.6%) and good edible and sensory quality (82 scores), followed by Guangshu 205. [Conclusion]Three sweet potato varieties with high fresh root yield, viz., Quanshu 10, Fushu 21 and Jinshu 2, were suitable for being used as fresh-eating varieties, Guifen 3 and Pushu 16 with high dry matter content were appropriate for being used as high quality dry varieties in production and breeding of new sweet potato varieties. The other four varieties with good quality and high dry matter content, viz., Zhanshu 118, Guangshu 205, Longshu 14 and Zhanshu 20, were desirable for being used as breeding parents in new varieties breeding.
