摘    要:【目的】研究超高压法提取山茱萸中熊果酸的最佳工艺条件,探讨山茱萸中熊果酸提取的适宜方法。【方法】在单因素试验的基础上,采用L9(34)正交试验对超高压提取山茱萸中熊果酸的工艺进行优化,以熊果酸得率为指标,考察料液比(g∶mL)、乙醇浓度、超高压压力、加压时间对熊果酸得率的影响;同时与回流提取法和超声提取法进行比较。【结果】超高压提取山茱萸中熊果酸的优化工艺条件为:料液比1∶22(g∶mL)、乙醇浓度70%、超高压压力320MPa,保压时间4min,该条件下熊果酸提取得率可达0.322%。与回流提取法和超声提取法相比,其提取得率高、时间短。【结论】超高压提取熊果酸得率高,提取时间短,是一种提取山茱萸中熊果酸的适宜方法。

Abstract:Objective Ursonic acid extraction from dogwood using high pressure method (UHP) was studied to obtain its optimum extracting conditions, and the best extraction method was explored. Objective Based on single factor test, the L9 (34) orthogonal design was used to optimize UHP extraction conditions. Using yield rate of ursolic acid as index, the influence of solid to liquid ratio(g ∶ mL), ethanol concentration, UHP pressure, UHP time was studied, and the yield from UHP method was compared with that from reflux and supersonic extraction method. ResultUnder the optimum conditions by UHP extraction (solid to liquid ratio of 1∶22(g ∶ mL), ethanol concentration of 70%, UHP pressure of 320 MPa and UHP time of 4 min), the yield rate of ursonic acid was 0.322%. Compared to reflux and supersonic extraction method, the yield from UHP extraction was higher and the extraction time was shorter. Conclusion Owing to its higher yield and shorter extraction time, the UHP was a suitable method for extracting ursonic acid from dogwood.
