广西荸荠产业现状与发展建议

【目的】分析广西荸荠产业发展现状，为提高整个荸荠产业发展水平提供参考。【方法】通过大量凋查走访和资料查阅，分析广西荸荠产业发展现状及存在的问题，提出相应的对策建议。【结果】广西荸荠组培苗产业发展迅速，逐步培育了一条区域化布局、专业化科植、社会化服务、系列化加工的荸荠产业链，彤成了农工贸一体化、产加销一条龙的经营方式和产业组织。但仍存在荸荠育种体系滞后、产业政策支持力度不够、产业机械化程度低等问题。【建议】应加强科研条件建设、健全研究体系，加大政策扶持力度、完善生产和企业加工环节，加快荸荠产业机械化研究进程，以推动广西荸荠产业进一步发展。

Current status of Guangxi water chestnut industrial development and its developing suggestions

[Objective]The current status of water chestnut industry in Guangxi was analyzed to provide references fur the development of water chestnut industry. [Method]Based on numerous interviews and literature, the current situation and existing problems were analyzed fnllowing which corresponding suggestions were put forward. [ResuhlWater chestnut industry in Guangxi has mushroomed. A regional and special industry chain, featuring social services and deep processing came into being. Agricuhure, manufacture and trade have integrated, and one-stop business mode and corresponding orga- nizations have been established. Some factors precluded the development of water ehestnut industry in Guangxi, such as lagging breeding systems, insufficient policy support and slow development of mechanization. [Suggestion]Every eftort must be made at the aspects of scientific research environment, research system, government policy, production process and mechanization, so that the water chestnut industry in Guaugxi will get further development.
