基于图像处理的叶面积测定方法的研究

摘    要:以玉米叶片为例,介绍了一种基于像素点的计算叶面积的新方法。该方法采用计算机VB编程识别像素点颜色,进而求出叶片包含的像素点数及其面积值。通过理论分析及对比,可以证明利用像素点计数的方法来求区域面积,不仅简单,而且也是对原始模拟区域面积的无偏和一致的最好估计。

Abstract:Set laminate of Corn for example, this paper introduces a new method of calculating leaf area based on pixels, which can get the pixels and its area value, and recognize color of pixel using VB programming .The experiment proves that using this method is not only easy to calculate area, but also the best estimate for non-warp and consistence of the primordial simulation area through theoretical analysis and contrast.
