摘    要:比较不同砧木嫁接黄瓜的根系活力、产量和品质,为新砧木品种的选育及推广提供理论依据。以新培育的白籽南瓜A1、A2、B1、B2和B3嫁接黄瓜为试材,黑籽南瓜嫁接黄瓜为对照,测定其根系活力、产量及果实品质。A2和B1嫁接黄瓜根系活力与对照相近,但雌花节率和平均单株产量明显高于对照,平均单株产量分别比对照高25.2%和23.1%;A2、B1和B3嫁接黄瓜果实营养品质优于对照;B1嫁接黄瓜果实表皮完全无霜,A1嫁接黄瓜有少数果实有霜,外观品质明显优于对照。A2和B1嫁接黄瓜的产量和品质均优于黒籽南瓜,为较好砧木。

Abstract:Giving theoretical foundation for seed selection and popularizing through comparing the root activity、yield and fruit quality.Assaying the root activity、yield and fruit quality of different grafted cucumber on white seed A1、A2、B1、B2、B3 and cucurbita ficifolia.The root activity of A2 and B1 were similar to CK,but the rate of female flower and the reverage yield of single of A2 and B1 were obviously higher than CK,the reverage yield of single of A2 and B1 were 25.3% and 23.1% higher than CK respectively.nutritional quality of A2、B1 and B3 were superior to cucurbita ficifolia;the exterior of B1 and A1 were obviously superior to cucurbita ficifolia because there was no frost on the fruits of B1 and there was frost on the few fruits of A1.A2 and B1 were good stocks because both yield and fruit quality of A2 and B1 were superior to CK.
