摘    要:以试验设计,计算机模拟和社会网络优化技术为手段,对圆盘式切割器进行了试验研究,探讨了切割速度,切削角和刀齿高度3个因素对切割损失和切割阻力的影响,得到了切割速度,切削角和刀齿高度的最佳参数组合。

Abstract:Soybean is one of main economic crops in China. Owing to rising of its price, soybean field is greatly extended in recent years. However, the demanded size of soybean reaper is getting smaller since the production units become small, which is dominated by current government policies. To meet this requirement, it is urgent to develop a small sized reaper for soybeans.In the paper, by means of experimental design, computer simulation, and neural optimization methods the analyses and researches on disc cutter were conducted. The effects of cutting speed, cutting angle, tooth height of disc cutter on cutting loss and cutting resistance were investigated. The relations among cutting speed, cutting angle, tooth height, cutting loss and cutting resistance were established by polynomial regression. The optimal combination among three factors of cutting speed, cutting angle, tooth height was gained. The results show that it is feasible to cut soybean by a disc cutter. The cutting resistance is small and the cutting loss is less than 15 %.
