| 摘 要： | 林业产权是一项内容十分丰富的财产权利,其核心是森林资源的所有权.合理完善的林业产权制度对森林资源可持续发展有着重要价值.通过改革现有的林业产权制度,建立一套适合我国林业事业发展的产权制度,是目前我国亟待解决的重要问题.

| Abstract: | The forest property right has very abundant content whose core is the ownership of forest resources. A perfect forest property right system has a great value for sustainable development of forest resources. It is urgent for us to establish a series of property right system suitable for our forestry development by reforming the present system. |
