| 摘 要： | 根据建阳市城市森林资源现状,从区位条件、发展现代化城市、经济增长3个方面阐述建阳建设森林城市的重要意义,提出以人为本、生态优先,师法自然,因地制宜、突出本色,形式与效果统一,城乡一体化的基本原则,并提出具体对策,以期为建阳市森林城市建设提供参考。

| Abstract: | According to the forest resource status of Jianyang city, 3 aspects including location, development of a modern city and economic growth were used to elaborate the important significance of the constructing the forest city in Jianyang. Then several fundamental principles contained people - oriented, ecological priority, learning from na- ture, adjusting measures to local conditions, outstanding characters, unity of form and effect, integration of urban and rural were put forward. Finally, some specific measures were proposed to provide reference for forest city con- struction in Jianyang. |
