| Abstract: | Recently, book acquisition tender has become a new acquisition model. The key of doing a good job in book acquisition lies on the formulation of tender document, the scientific nature of tender evaluation and the fair of deciding the tender. The paper has pointed out the issues that should pay attention to during book acquisition tender. |
