摘    要:某水厂MABS双吸泵机组长期处于大流量、易汽蚀、低效率的运行工况。为了提高泵机组的运行性能和节约能源,根据在线检测获得的性能数据和实际运行工况,应用CAD和CFD技术,经重新设计叶轮和扩大蜗壳喉部面积两次改造,实现了泵机组高效点向大流量偏移和综合运行性能提高等性能优化目标,节能效果显著。

Abstract:The double-suction pump units of a waterworks always run in the conditions of large discharge with cavitations and at low efficiency.In order to improve the pump performance and save energy,the double suction impeller is redesigned ant the volute throat area is enlarged to realize high-efficiency operation at large discharge conditions and improve the operation performance of the pump units through application of CAD and CFD technologies.The effect of energy-saving is significant.
