摘    要:培矮64S是广泛应用于我国两系杂交水稻的光温敏核不育系,但稻瘟病抗性较差,高感叶瘟和穗颈瘟。本研究通过分子标记辅助选择的方法将稻瘟病抗性基因Pi-1、Pi-2从供体BL6中回交聚合到培矮64S中,并筛选得到的10株改良株系。改良株系对稻瘟病叶瘟和穗颈瘟的抗性明显增强。其中1752S-1,1752S-2,1783S和1789S花粉育性整体表现良好,在长日低温条件下的花粉不育率均达到99.5%以上,且与对照培矮64S在0.05水平没有显著差异。另外,1752S在各农艺性状的综合考察上呈现出明显优势,尤其是产量相关性状优势明显。

Abstract:Peiai64S is an elite two-line photo-thermo sensitive genic male sterile which is used widely in China.However,it has a weak resistance to rice blast,extremely vulnerable to leaf blast and neck blast.Two blast resistance genes Pi-1 and Pi-2 were pyramided into Peiai64S by backcrossing with the donor BL6 through marker-assisted selection,and ten improved lines were obtained,The improved lines all performed well in the test of leaf blast and neck blast under natural field condition showing increased resistance...
