| 摘 要： | 研究了21个新疆冬小麦品种(系)的10个主要品质性状在4种不同环境条件下的表现,结果表明:所有品质性状的基因型差异均达到了极显著水平,9个品质性状的地点间差异达极显著水平。7个品质性状年份间差异均达到显著或极显著水平。硬度,沉淀值主要受基因型影响,粉质质量指数与弱化度主要受环境影响,形成时间与稳定时间受品种与环境的共同作用影响。按基因型引起的变异所占比例,10个主要品质性状大小排列为:沉淀值>硬度>蛋白质含量>吸水率>湿面筋含量>出粉率>弱化度>粉质质量指数>稳定时间>形成时间。

| Abstract: | This experiment was concluded to investigate the performance of 10 quality characters of 21 winter wheat varieties and lines at 4 ecological sites. The results showed that the variances of genotypes were significant(P<0.01)in all quality characters,and difference among sites in 9 quality were significant(P<0.01).The variances of years in 7 quality characters were significant(P<0.01or P<0.05).Grain hardness and sedimentation value are mainly influenced by genotype,FQN and softness are mainly influenced by environment,development time and stable time are mainly influenced by genotype and environment.The rank of quality characters influenced by genotype can be listed as follows: sedimentation value,grain hardness,protein contest,water absorption,wet gluten content,flour yield,softness,FQN,stable time,development time. |
