| 摘 要： | 比较了不同培养料对香菇子实体氨基酸含量及组分的影响。结果表明 ,以作物秸秆为主料的配方B栽培的香菇子实体氨基酸含量较高 ,人体必需氨基酸、支链氨基酸、鲜味氨基酸、甜味氨基酸、儿童氨基酸、芳香族氨基酸和含硫氨基酸的含量分别是对照配方栽培香菇子实体的 90 18%、92 2 8%、90 6 8%、89 5 4 %、89 6 2 %、88 2 9%和 97 78%。
