摘    要:应用RT—PCR方法检测了2008-2009年在山东各地采集的153个花生病叶样品,检测到花生条纹病毒(Peanut stripe virus,PStV)、黄瓜花叶病毒(Cucumber mosaic virus,CMV)和花生斑驳病毒(Peanut mottle virus,PeMoV)。PStV的检出率最高,为48.4%,在山东各花生产区均有发生;CMV的检出率为19.0%,在泰安、青岛、潍坊、聊城和临沂等地有发生;CMV与PStV的复合侵染率为9.2%。PeMoV目前仅在青岛地区发现。

Abstract:By RT-PCR method,the peanut stripe virus(PStV),cucumber mosaic virus(CMV) and peanut mottle virus(PeMoV) were detected from 153 peanut samples collected from different areas of Shandong Province in 2008 and 2009.The detection rate of PStV was the highest as 48.4%,which could be detected from all the peanut areas of Shandong Province;19.0% of CMV was detected from Taian,Qingdao,Weifang,Liaocheng and Linyi.CMV and PStV co-existed in 9.2% of the peanut samples,while PeMoV was found only in Qingdao.
