云南普洱茶急性毒性研究*

摘    要: 为了探明普洱茶饮用的安全性,以不同种类的普洱茶为原料,绿茶为对照,采用国家标准测定方法分别测定其中的主要有效成分,并进行急性毒性试验。试验测得普洱熟茶、普洱生茶、曲茗绿茶的LD50分别为:9.6 g/kg,8.7 g/kg,6.2 g/kg。结果表明,普洱茶的急性毒性要比绿茶较低。从食品毒理学的标准来看,3个茶样都属于实际无毒的范围。

Research on the Acute Toxicity of Yunnan Pu-erh Tea

Abstract:In order to verify the security of Pu-erh tea, main effective components were separated from different types of Pu-erh tea according to national standard. The acute toxicity was tested on rats and green tea was taken as control. LD50 of Pu-erh mature tea, Pu-erh raw tea and Quming green tea were 9.6 g/kg, 8.7 g/kg and 6.2 g/kg, respectively. The results indicated that the acute toxicity of Pu-erh tea was lower than that of the green tea and these three kinds of teas belonged to the actual non-toxic scope according to food toxicology standard.
