| 摘 要： | 用酶解去壁法对薇甘菊(Mikania micrantha H.B.K)根尖细胞的染色体计数,并对其核型进行分析.结果表明,薇甘菊的染色体数目为2n=38,属二倍体植物.染色体基数为19,核型公式为2n=38=26m+10sm+2st, 属于不对称核型(2B型).核型不对称系数为As.K% =61.4%.
