我国农业装备技术的发展现状与展望

当前,我国农业已进入新的发展阶段,农产品数量问题已基本解决,调整农业结构、提高农业效益、增加农民收入和改善生态环境已成为新阶段农业和农村经济发展的重要任务。党的十五届五中全会指出,“要巩固和加强农业的基础地位,确保国家粮食安全,积极调整农业结构,实现农民收入持续增长”。为此,论述了我国农业装备技术的重要性、发展现状和发展趋势,指出了21世纪需重点发展的若干领域。

Presently,our country agriculture entered the recent development phase,the agricultural product quantity question has basically solved,the adjustment agriculture structure,enhances the agricultural benefit,increases the farmer to receive and the improvement ecological environment has become the new stage agriculture and the rural economy development important task.Party's 15 session of Fifth Plenary Session pointed out that,"must consolidate and strengthen agricultural the foundation status,guarantees the national grain security,positively adjusts the agricultural structure,realizes the farmer income to continue to grow".Therefore,elaborated our country agriculture equipment technology importance,the development present situation and the development tendency,had pointed out the 21st century need prioritize certain domains.
