| 摘 要： | 运用仿真和实冲实验相结合的方法,通过对两步拉延成形方式的FLD曲线、材料厚度分布图和变形路径图的分析,研究了汽车后地板多步冲压成形特点和成形质量控制方法,以探索通过改变变形路径的方法设计成形工序。 |

| Abstract: | The numerical simulation and actual press experiment were carried out to analyze the FLD curve, the thickness distribution chart and the strain path chart of the two-step-drawing forming, and the multi-step press forming characteristic of the automotive rear floor and the control method of the forming quality were studied emphatically, so as to design the deforming process with changing strain path and offer basis for the design and manufacture of the mould. |
