摘    要:镉对作物生长发育有毒害作用,水稻种子萌发期间对人体镉污染产生十分明显的反应:低浓度(10ppm)时略有暂时性的促进作用,高浓度(30ppm以上)时表现为抑制作用,而且随着镉离子浓度的提高,这种抑制作用逐渐加强。对镉离子的反应,胚根比胚芽敏感,α-淀粉酶比β-淀粉酶敏感。

Abstract:Cadmium is a Harmful material for crops. The effect of cadmium ion on germination of rice seeds is very significant. Cadmium ion takes a little and temporary stimulative role in treatment with its lower concen-tration (10 pom) and a Inhibitory role in treatment with its higher concentration (more than 30 ppm) . And the inhibitory role gradually increases with the inrease of cadmium ion concentration. The radicle is more sensitive than plumule and the a-amylase is more sensitive than p-amylase to cadmium Jon.
