| 摘 要： | 本试验利用伪狂犬全抗体检测试剂盒和伪狂犬gE抗体检测试剂盒对广东某猪场的猪只按照一定的采血要求,进行了伪狂犬病全抗体和gE抗体的检测。我们初步发现该场伪狂犬病的抗体变化及该场伪狂犬病感染的规律。

| Abstract: | In this test,we used two ELISA kits(CIVTEST~(TM) SUIS ADV and CIVTEST~(TM) SUIS ADVgE)to test one batch sera.The CIVTEST~(TM) SUIS ADV kit is used to test the whole antibody against Aujeszky's disease virus.The CIVTEST~(TM) SUIS ADVgE kit is only used to test the antibody against gE protein of Aujeszky's disease virus.The sera were collected from a big pig farm in Guangdong province.We primarily find the rule of ADV antibody variety and ADV infection in this pig farm. |
