基于协整理论的重庆市财政支农对农民增收的影响动力研究

为了分析财政农业投入对农民增收的影响程度,以1995-2013年重庆市财政支农资金和农民人均总收入的数据为支撑,运用协整模型对其影响机制进行实证分析。结果表明:重庆市财政支农规模与农民人均总收入之间的关系不确定,财政支农的投入对农民转移性收入、家庭经营性收入影响显著,总体上看,财政支农直接作用于农民增长的效应偏弱,重庆市财政支农需要在增加量的基础上,优化财政支农结构,加大对农民的转移性支出,对农民家庭经营提供全方位的帮助,支持农民家庭经营性收入稳步增长。

Research on the Impact of the Financial Support for Agriculture in Chongqing Based on the Cointegration Theory

Based on the data of the scale of agricultural financial subsidies and per capita income of farmers from 1995 to 2013 in Chongqing,the influence mechanism was analyze by using the co integration model,in order to analyze the impact of financial input on Farmers' income.The results showed that the relationship between the scale of financial support agriculture in Chongqing and the income of farmers per capita was uncertain.Financial support agriculture input to transfer income of farmers,the family business income had a significant impact,the overall financial support directly to the weak effect of growth of farmers,Chongqing needs on the basis of the increase of agricultural financial subsidies,optimize the structure of fiscal support for agriculture,increase of farmers transfer expenditure and of farmers' family management provides a full range of support.
