| 摘 要： | 着重介绍了我国自然保护区发展概况及其在建设发展过程中法律法规体系、管理体制、经费机制建设等方面存在的问题,并对我国自然保护区的发展提出加强保护区法制建设,健全法律法规体系,加强管理,推进制度创新,规范各种开发和保护行为,加强宣传教育,提高公众生态旅游意识,拓宽经费渠道,建立合理的经费分配机制等几点对策与建议。
