| Abstract: | With the development of plant gene engineering,the genetic transformation of sorghum has converted from academic studies to applied studies.Sorghum tissue culture is viewed as a basic and important approach in sorghum genetic transformation. So,it is summarized the processes in recent years of the tissue culture and plant regeneration of sorghum. |
