摘    要:以Rhizoctoniasolani-玉米为互作体系,对病害发生不同阶段玉米组织病理学变化及防卫反应有关基因表达进行分析。结果表明,接种R.solani后20 h在侵染点周围有明显的胼胝质和木质素的沉积。对苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性和木质素含量的动态变化以及PAL、POD和PR-1基因的表达动态分析发现,PAL活性在接种后的72 h内呈逐渐升高的趋势,在72 h时出现第一个峰值,随之活性降低,在144 h又呈升高趋势;木质素含量变化趋势与PAL活性变化呈正相关。PAL、POD和PR-1等防卫反应相关基因的表达在玉米和纹枯病菌亲和互作的过程中也存在明显的对应关系。

Abstract:Histopathological changes and defense response of gene expression in maize were analyzed during the different stages of disease in the interaction system of Rhizoctoniasolani-maize. The results showed that after 20 hours of R. solani inoculation, obviously callose and lignin were observed around the infection point. Phenylalanine ammonia lyase(PAL) activity and the dynamic changes of Lignin were studied, and the expression of dynamic PAL, POD and PR-1 gene were analyzed. PAL activity had the gradually increased trend within 72 h after inoculation, and first peak occurred when 72 h, then reduced, and another increasing trend were found in 144 h. There were positively correlated between lignin content trends and PAL activity, and also had significant relationship with the genes expression of PAL, POD and PR-1 and other related defense genes during the Rhizoctoniasolani in maize and affinity interaction process.
