杂交籼稻老化种子引发技术和成苗技术研究

摘    要:用不同浓度的PEG、PVA、KNO3、PEG+KNO3、PVA+KNO3对杂交籼稻自然老化和人工老化种子进行引发效果研究,筛选出最佳处理方法,再对经最佳处理引发的种子进行田间成苗试验研究。结果表明:0.5%PVA+1.0%KNO3引发自然老化种子1d,1.0%PVA+1.0%KNO3引发人工老化种子1d,显著提高了种子室内发芽率和田间成苗率。人工老化种子引发后活力恢复,成苗率甚至超过正常种子。

Abstract:The solicitation effects of PEG,PVA,KNO3,PEG KNO3,PVA KNO3 solutions with different concentrations on naturally aging and artificially aging indica rice seeds were studied.The seedling experiment in field was conducted by using the best treatment screened.The results showed that,germination percentage in lab and seedling rate in field increased significantly after one day's solicitation with 0.5%PVA 1.0%KNO3 on naturally aging seeds and 1.0%PVA 1.0%KNO3 on artificially aging seeds.The vigor of artificially aging seeds resumed after solicitation,and seedling rate even exceeded to normal seeds.
