Secretary in China＇s history can be traced back to the official historian of yellow emperor times, after development, it has gradually become a fixed occupation. No matter what dynasty, the secretary practitioners are a part of the ancient literati, their cuhural backgrounds, psychological states, ways of thinking are deeply influenced by Chinese traditional culture. This article attempts from the perspective of Chinese traditional culture, explores influence on secretary group, further points out modem secretary practitioners need to inherit and innovate, only by this way, they can be secretary tal- ents adapting for modem society.
