梨幼果中脱落酸和吲哚-3-乙酸的简易气相色谱分析

摘    要:采用溴甲基五氟苯(PFB-Br)对其衍生、酯化成各具有5个氟的两种衍生物,直接进样测定梨幼果中的脱落酸和吲哚-3-乙酸的含量,能减少前处理的复杂步骤,脱落酸和吲哚-3-乙酸回收率分别为95.8%、84.5%,具有较高的可靠性。

Abstract:A study on the change of abscisic acid and indole-3-acetic acid in pear fruitlets during growing periods is important for the research on the pollination and fertilization of pear. Abscisic acid and indole-3-acetic acid were converted into pentafluorobenzyl esters by a-bromo-2,3,4,5,6-pentafluorotoluene.The two generated esters were able to be simultaneously determined with electron-capture gas chromatography without other processes. The recovery of abscisic acid and indole-3-acetic acid were 95.8% and 84.5% respectively. The method was simple, sensitive and reliable.
