| 摘 要： | 着重介绍了我国蔬菜水果农药残留检测技术的发展动向,简要总结了新近研发和应用的新技术;针对国内水果蔬菜质量安全监控情况,分析了影响蔬菜水果质量安全的主要因素,提出了切实解决蔬菜水果中农药残留超标的关键治理措施和控制对策。
