| Abstract: | In this paper, the historical course of the Cropland Conversion to Forest and Grassland (CCFG) is divided into four development stages: call and mobilization stage, experiment and demonstration stage, project construction stage and later consolidation stage. The study covers four important aspects on every development stage of CCFG, including main mark, imkey content, principal characteristic and construction effectiveness. |
