摘    要:进行了施用菌剂和未施用菌剂移栽圆齿野鸦椿的对比试验,研究了人工菌剂对圆齿野鸦椿生长的影响。结果表明,施用人工菌剂后,圆齿野鸦椿的移栽成活率和苗高生长量分别高于对照组20%和12.75%;叶绿素、脯氨酸、可溶性糖含量分别高于对照组19.22%、16.60%、11.46%;N、P、K、Ca、Mg元素含量分别提高68.00%、13.92%、4.86%、1.92%、8.17%。说明该人工菌剂能提高圆齿野鸦椿移栽后的成活率,增加植物体内的矿质元素和重要化合物含量,促进其移栽后的生长。

Abstract:This experiment was to compare using artificial microbial agents in transplanting Euscaphis konishii and the control so as to investigate the effect of artificial microbial agents on E.konishii seedings transplant and growth.The results showed that the survival rate of transplant and the height increment in the test group were 20% and 12.75% more than those in the control group.The contents of chlorophyll,proline and soluble sugar were 19.22%,16.60% and 11.46% higher than those in the control group,meanwhile the contents of N,P,K,Ca,Mg were increased significantly by 68.00%,13.92%,4.86%,1.92% and 8.17%.It was proved that this artificial microbial agents could improve the survival rate,increase the content of plant mineral elements and compounds,and promote the subsequent growth of E.konishii seedings.
