互花米草木刨花复合碎料板制造工艺

摘    要:以互花米草碎料与木刨花为原料,以脲醛树脂为胶粘剂制作碎料板。采用正交试验探讨原料配比、施胶量、密度及防水剂添加量对碎料板性能的影响,结果表明:互花米草添加比例为35%、施胶量为14%、密度为0.75 g.cm-3、防水剂添加量为1.0%时,复合碎料板的各项性能达到最优。

Abstract:Using Spartina aherniflora and wood shavings as raw materials,and urea formaldehyde resin as adhesive,the composite particleboard was prepared.The orthogonal experiment was used to discuss the effects of mass ratio,resin content,board density,and water-repellent additive content on the raw material properties.The results showed that the optimum process parameters were as follows:35% of mass ratio of Spartina aherniflora,14% of resin content,0.75 g·cm-3 of board density,1.0% of water-repellent additive content.
