基于51Ditu公用API接口的土壤标本地理分布信息系统

福建农科院农业生物资源研究所收集了大量的土壤标本应用于土壤微生物研究,为使土壤标本管理实物与信息紧密结合,直观显示土壤地理来源,建立了基于灵图公司公用地图API接口的地理分布展示系统.系统属性数据为土壤标本采集地信息和全国县级行政区划信息:空间数据由公用API实时提供.系统采用基于Ajax的B/S模式,将土壤标本采集地点、数量等信息叠加显示在客户端网页地图上.以行政区划方式浏览,通过单击标记可进一步现实选定的土壤标本列表和指定土壤标本的详细信息;数据编辑部分提供了对土壤标本的添加、删除和更新功能.

Information management system of soil samples distribution based on the public API provided by 51Ditu

The Management Information System of soil samples distribution based on the public API provided by 51Ditu was developed to manage the soil samples collected by Institute of the Agricultural Bioresource Research,FAAS.The system includes a spatial database consisted of the Administrative Districts geo-information and an attribute database composed of the soil samples information like location,vegetation,environment in the site where soil samples collected,which runs in the B/S mode with the Ajax technology.In client web browser,a map is drawn by the program written in JavaScript through public API and the mark of soil samples supplied by the PHP function from MySQL database in web server is overlaid on the map.More geo-information will be shown in the webpage as the samples'' list or the table containing the detail of the sample selected by clicking the marks.Other function such as addition,update and deletion of the sample record was also built.
