摘    要:结合森林雷击火预报难点问题,阐述了在闪电发生前预警雷电的电场原理。在大兴安岭地区成功探测和跟踪了雷电发展过程,收集了雷暴生命周期各个阶段的数据,获取了闪电发生前雷雨云中电荷积累过程中的电场特征信息。在此基础上,初步探讨了对雷暴过程实时监测和闪电特征识别方法。针对雷电孕育、发展过程的各个阶段,建立分时段、多情景的动态监测模式。面向雷击火演变过程的时序化,提出了雷暴出现、发展、闪电形成临界条件的阶段化预警模式,实现对雷暴全过程跟踪监测。提供了雷暴活动的区域、移动路线,可能出现雷击火点的分布和位置等防火信息,以便防火部门提前做好准备、及时扑救。
