| 摘 要： | 为了研究球虫与宿主细胞间相互关系,利用含有6%乙醇的DMEM完全培养基培养对MDBK细胞进行凋亡诱导,通过膜联蛋白V(Annexin V)/PI染色法、HE染色法和吖啶橙染色法来鉴定MDBK细胞的凋亡情况。蔗糖密度梯度离心法获得的柔嫩艾美耳球虫子孢子与诱导凋亡的细胞共培养1 h后,利用HE和吖啶橙染色法来研究子孢子入侵细胞的状况。结果显示,在诱导凋亡的细胞中,没有发现柔嫩艾美耳球虫的子孢子,对照组未诱导凋亡的细胞中有子孢子入侵。表明球虫无法入侵诱导凋亡的细胞,进一步揭示了球虫在入侵过程中可能存在的识别机制和入侵机制,为将来开发新疫苗和新药物提供了基础数据。

| Abstract: | The objective was to investigate the relationship between the apoptosis and the invasion of E.tennella,The MDBK cell apoptosis was induced by 6% alcohol for 1 hour and 3 hourys,and were invaded by the sporozoites of E.tenella,After 1 hour p.i.,the cells were dyed by HE,AO,the Annexin V/PI staining was used to check the apoptosis,Results indicated that the sporozoites couldn't invade the cells which were induced apoptosis by 6% alchohol. |
