| 摘 要： | 创新教育是信息时代教育思想改革的核心，其基本任务是培养创新人才。高校培养创新人才，高教工作要重新认识人才标准，更新教育思想；教师要不断提高自身素质，改革教学模式；学生要主动参与社会实践和创新行动，争做创新人才。

| Abstract: | At knowledge economic times, the core of thinking education reform is creative. Its fundamental task is training creative talent. This article puts forward the talent standard on how to train creative talent. The author hopes higher educator to know it again and renew education thought. Teachers should improve self-quality constantly and reform the teaching pattern and means. Student should take part in social practice and creative action initiatively so as to endeavor to be a creative talent. |
