| 摘 要： | 指出了通过灾害性天气对人类的日常生活、生产所带来的危害,揭示现代气象服务在当前新的形势下,如何利用现代化的信息技术,通过科技手段,实施气象监测预报、预测预警、评估及控制技术,提前采取措施,使其转化成为最大的生产力,最大限度上为城市经济和社会发展的各行各业提供更全面的保障,最大程度减轻灾害损失。

| Abstract: | Through the analysis of the harms of severe weather to human daily life and production, this article reveals that the modern meteorological service uses modern information technology and other technologies to implement meteorological monitoring and prediction and forecast warning, evaluation and control technology for taking measures in advance, so as to turn the service into the biggest productivity, provide more comprehensive protection for the urban economic and social development of all walks of life and maximum reduce the disaster losses. |
