环境与环保气浮溶气系统的数学模型

摘    要:指出了溶气系统是气浮设备的重要组成部分,要保证溶气水中含气量的稳定性,只有通过对气压p和流量Q进行自动控制,使其达到设备的平衡工作点才能实现,而建立科学的数学模型是关键。根据溶气罐的工作原理,简化设定干扰较小的条件因素,抓住主要影响因素,考察了溶气系统中各变量之间的关系,利用微分方程建立了初步的数学模型,描述了溶气罐中空气压力与液位的数学关系,为自控设备根据液位控制罐内气压,保持设备运行稳定提供依据。

Abstract:Dissolved air system is an important part of the air flotation device. In order to ensure the stability of air content in dissolved water, it is essential to establish a scientific mathematical model to reach the equilibrium operating point of the device by the automatic control of the pressure p and flow Q. According to the working principle of dissolved gas cylinders, this article simplifies the setting of the conditions with small interfering factors, seizes the main influencing factors and investigates the relationships among the variables of the dissolved air systems, and uses differential equations to establish a preliminary mathematical model and describe the mathematical relationship between air pressure and liquid level in the dissolved gas cylinders, so as to provide a basis for automatic control equipment to keep equipment running stable in accordance with the tank pressure.
