中国宽尾凤蝶的研究

中国宽尾凤蝶Agehana elwesi Leech是一种珍稀蝶类,主要为害檫树。该虫在福建一年发生2代,以蛹越冬,翌年4月中旬羽化,产卵于檫树嫩叶面主脉附近,5月上旬孵化。幼虫5龄,幼虫期34～60天,越冬蛹历期173～213天。每雌可产卵12～26粒,成虫寿命15～28天。该虫主要天敌有松毛虫赤眼蜂、凤蝶金小蜂,以及核型多角体病毒。室内试验表明;60％敌百虫乳剂600倍液、90％敌百虫晶体3000倍液、40％氧化乐果乳油600倍液,80％敌敌畏乳剂1500倍液、50％辛硫磷2000倍液对4～5龄幼虫均有较强毒杀力。

Studies on the Swallowtail Butterfly Agehana elwesi Leech

The swallowtail butterfly Agehana elwesi Leech is a rare butterfly. The larvae feed on the leaves of the sassafras. It has two generations a year and overwinters as pupa in Fujian Province. The overwintering pupal stage lasts about 173 to 213 days and the adult butterflies begin to appear in mid-April the following year. The eggs are laid individually on nearby main veins on the surface of the tender leaves. Each female can lay 12 to 26 eggs and the eggs begin to hatch in early May. The larvae generally have five instars lasting for 34 to 60 days. The adult butterflies live for 15 to 28 days . The important natural enemies of Agehana elwesi are Trichogramma dendrolimi Matsumura, Pteromalus puparum ( Linnaeus ) and the nuclear polyhedrosis virus. Our experiments showed that the following control measurse were effective: Spraying 60% Trichorphon emulsion in concentrations 1: 600, 90% Trichorphon in concentrations 1:3000, 40% Omethoate emulsion in concentrations 1 : 600, 80% DDVP emulsion in concentrations 1 : 1500, and 50% Phoxim emulsion in concentrations 1 : 2000 to kill the larvae.
